Production

Creams and gels, liquids, tablets, film-coated tablets, capsules, hard capsules, granules, and powders. Vamfarma strictly adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for all kinds of drugs it produces, ensuring excellent results.

Thanks to the know-how and commitment of those who work in Vamfarma, as well as our continuous investments in new technologies, specialized resources, and training, we have been able to achieve peak levels of competitiveness.

Quality control is carried out throughout the entire manufacturing process, in accordance with methodologies suited to the type of drug that is being produced. Thanks to the latest and most advanced computerized systems, we are able to ensure that the finished product fully conforms to the technical specifications stipulated by the client.

Packaging

Vamfarma operates seven highly automated packaging lines, fitted with the most advanced control systems: full-color cameras, barcode readers, leak detection systems, along with in-line weighing scales for precise weight control.

Serialization: serialization machine integrated into the packaging line.

These packaging lines boast a total packaging capacity of over 100 million units a year.

Fill capacity:

• 3 to 150 grams for creams packaged in aluminum tubes
• 20 to 250ml for liquids packaged in plastic bottles
• 2,5 to 150ml for liquid and syrups packaged in glass bottles
